13MY DESIGN...
"I made a cute, colorful and unique backpack. It's a llama. I used pom-poms, ribbon, puffy paint, permanent marker, and a pocket from a backpack I took apart."

ABOUT THE ARTIST...
"I'm 12 and 1/2. I made this backpack because I really like llamas and I wanted to have a llama backpack. Other kinds of art I like to do are sketching, painting, coloring, calligraphy, sewing and clay."

14MY DESIGN...
"My backpack is an animal backpack for taking to sleepovers with my friends. I used fabric, hot glue and a shoe lace. I cut the fabric to fit the shape of the backpack."

ABOUT THE ARTIST...
"I'm 10 years old. I thought this would be a really cool design for a backpack. The other kinds of art I love to do are building things (with Legos or other materials), drawing, sketching, clay and painting."

15MY DESIGN...
"I made a fashion backpack. I like it because I like fashion things. I used glitter, patches, gems, beads, chenilles, ribbon and sequins."​

ABOUT THE ARTIST...
"I'm 7. I liked the unicorn patch and it was pretty. Fashion designers make pretty things so that's what I wanted to do. Other kinds of art I like to do are designing, drawing, coloring, and painting."

"I made some mushrooms because they're cute and I wrote my name. I made pockets for my phone with elephants on them and I used buttons to hold the pockets down. I used puffy paint, glitter glue, fabric and buttons." ​

"I'm 12 years old. I just started creating and this is the design that happened. Other kinds of art I like to do are drawing animals and using Procreate on my iPad."

MY DESIGN...
"I put mushrooms on my backpack and I wrote my name, then shaded my name color to color. I have two cats, so I put them on, too. I used puffy paint, fabric, glitter glue, hot glue and gems. ​

"I'm 14 years old. I just like drawing mushrooms and I put things on my backpack that I love. Other kinds of art I enjoy doing are drawing and painting."

20MY DESIGN...
"My backpack is a monster with wings, wearing a top hat with googly eyes and two pointy teeth. His little sidekick (the keychain) is named "Zipper Mouth."
ABOUT THE ARTIST...
"I'm 10. I made this backpack because I saw a part on the bottom that was sticking out and I saw the zipper as a mouth. Then I put eyes above the mouth and it became a monster. Other kinds of art I like to do are drawing and painting."
21MY DESIGN...
"My backpack has a lot of feathers on its wings and I put my name on it. I used beads, googly eyes, fabric, and wings that I took off of another backpack."

"I'm 8 years old. I really like unicorns so that is what made me want to make this backpack. Other kinds of art I like to do are clay and tie-dying shirts."

22MY DESIGN...
"I made a Mario backpack. It has P's on the wings and I put the one Mario with five power-ups on it. I used paper, foam, and markers to make my backpack."​

"I'm 7. I wanted to make this backpack because of the backpack class and because I like Mario. Other kinds of art I like to do are drawing, clay, and painting."

23MY DESIGN...
"I turned a pink backpack into a pig. I used straps from another backpack for the ears, nose and mouth. I also used a piece of mesh from the backpack I took apart. I added pink pom-poms and pearls for the ears and lots of beads for the keychain."

ABOUT THE ARTIST...
"I'm 9. I wanted to make this backpack because I saw the pink backpack and my mind went to a pig! Other kinds of art I enjoy doing are sketching, drawing, and painting."

24MY DESIGN...
"I made a demon backpack and I made a matching keychain to go with it named, "Jr. Demon." I used netting, chenilles, puffy paint, fabric glue and hot glue."

ABOUT THE ARTIST...
"I'm 11 years old. I was inspired by the wings in the slideshow we watched, but I didn't want to make an angel. Other kinds of art I love to do are constructing, building, and sculpting with clay."
